I think that ...I agree with you completely on this! I think that we have even more right to the information that our bodies provide than the so-called "experts" have. They have the means to extract the information from our bodies and should be required to share it with us completely and honestly.<br /><br />Regarding Alzheimer's, my grandma had it and it is a concern of mine, too. I have been reading about the effects of our diets on our bodies and was interested to read that Alzheimer's is also referred to in some circles as Type 3 Diabetes. If this is the case, if we were to treat our bodies as though they were diabetic in regards to our food choices, it would seem logical to me that we could potentially reverse or prevent the onset of Alzheimer's. This gives me hope.
